Please note that the item must be in its original condition and packaging, unworn, and with all tags attached. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and issue a refund, minus any shipping charges.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to exchange the item. Please note that the item must be in its original condition and packaging, unworn, and with all tags attached. Once we receive the exchanged item, we will inspect it and send you the new item.

Refunds

We will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the refund may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Shipping Charges

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

International Orders
